For the 2008 Diploma exhibition of the Zurich University of the Arts a wreath was laid to pay respect for to the last diploma exhibiton after educational politics decided to switch to the Bologna Master’s system. The last ever Diploma graduates were asked to leave their marks on the arranged white wreath. Painting tools and colors also refer to the “old” arts and their use in this poster spurred the discussion about the conflict between old arts (painting) and new digital arts (game design) on show at the same exhibition.
